ولكن صحيفة “ديلي ميل” الإنجليزية أكدت أن بيكفورد راضِ عن إيفرتون، ولم يتلق أي عروض من مانشستر يونايتد هذا الصيف.

وأوضحت أن الحارس الإنجليزي كان ينوي تقييم مستقبله حال هبوط إيفرتون إلى تشامبيونشيب، ولكن التوفيز نجح في البقاء في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.

وأكدت أن بيكفورد سعيد باللعب مع إيفرتون، كما أن مانشستر يونايتد لم يتواصل معه بشكل رسمي لبحث ضمه.

يُذكر أن بيكفورد وقع عقدًا جديدًا مع إيفرتون في فبراير الماضي، ساريًا حتى عام 2027.

وأكمل: “وبعد ذلك جددنا عقود نصف فريق الزمالك، زيزو وإمام عاشور وأحمد فتوح ويوسف أوباما ونصف الناشئين، والزمالك العظيم بدون فرجاني حصل على الدوري عامين متتاليين في فترة وقف القيد، الحمد لله فضل ربنا، هناك لجنتان محترمتان عملتا في ظروف صعبة، هذا الفارق بين إدارة تحب النادي ومتفهمة كيفية التمويل، وأخرى خبرة في الكلام الكثير”.

أعلن الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم عن موعد انطلاق ونهاية بطولة كأس أمم آسيا المقبلة والمقرر إقامتها في دولة قطر.

وتشهد البطولة الآسيوية مشاركة 24 منتخبًا تتنافس من أجل الفوز باللقب الأغلى في القارة الصفراء.

وتقام مباريات البطولة على ثمانية ملاعب، من ضمنها ستة استادات شاركت في استضافة كأس العالم 2022 الأخيرة وهي ستاد الجنوب، ستاد البيت، ستاد أحمد بن علي، ستاد الثمامة، ستاد المدينة التعليمية، ستاد خليفة الدولي، وينضم إليها ستاد جاسم بن حمد، وستاد عبدالله بن خليفة.
