A CBF obteve uma vitória, ainda que liminar, na Justiça nesta quinta-feira. O juiz Bruno Monteiro Rulière, do Juizado Especial do Torcedor, negou requerimento do Ministério Público de medida cautelar pedindo a anulação de assembleia de 2017 que alterou o processo eleitoral da entidade e a destituição definitiva de toda a sua diretoria (incluindo presidente e vice). O processo movido pelo MP denomina-se tecnicamente tutela provisória de urgência.

Uma Assembleia Geral Extraordinária ocorrida em 23 de março de 2017 mudou a composição do colégio eleitoral da CBF e o peso dos votos para escolha da direção: confederações (3), clubes da Série A (2) e clubes da Série B (1). Em Ação Civil Pública, que ainda terá seu mérito julgado por Ruliére, o MP pede a anulação da assembleia por infrações à Lei Pelé (Lei nº 9.615/98) e ao Estatuto do Torcedor (Lei nº10.671/03). Foi sob a vigência das novas regras que Rogério Caboclo elegeu-se novo presidente da entidade a partir de 2019. O atual comandante da entidade é o Coronel Nunes, que assumiu após Marco Polo Del Nero ser suspenso em definitivo pela Fifa por envolvimento em escândalo de corrupção.

Em sua decisão de indeferir a tutela, Rulière declarou que as alterações estatutárias realizadas na assembleia somente terão “qualquer efeito prático por ocasião de posse da próxima sessão, o que ocorrerá em 2019”. “Em suma, os efeitos de eventual reconhecimento da invalidade da assembleia impugnada podem ser tutelados por ocasião da prolação da sentença de mérito, inexistindo qualquer prejuízo da não concessão da medida em sede de tutela provisória”.

O juiz ainda deu um argumento curioso para a recusa: o risco de causar uma instabilidade na CBF às vésperas da Copa do Mundo:

“”(…) a míngua de qualquer perigo de dano contemporâneo, a justificar a tutela provisória de urgência, a manutenção da situação das coisas se afigura recomendável para evitar qualquer instabilidade institucional às vésperas da maior competição futebolística do mundo (a Copa do Mundo), o que poderia, em tese, gerar eventuais prejuízos ao futebol nacional”.

DEPUTADO MANTÉM OTIMISMO

O deputado Otávio Leite (PSDB-RJ), relator do Profut e autor da denúncia contra a CBF no Ministério Público, lembrou, em conversa com o LANCE!, que a decisão de Bruno Rulière foi liminar e ainda haverá o julgamento do mérito. O parlamentar vê no texto do juiz razões para ser otimista quanto ao desfecho do processo.

– A chama está acesa e vamos prosseguir na luta para que no julgamento do mérito nosso pleito seja atendido. É nítido no conteúdo da sentença a viabilidade de quando do julgamento do mérito a assembleia ser julgada ilegal – declarou o parlamentar, que completou:

– A própria sentença deixa margem para que a decisão da assembleia possa ser anulada quando do julgamento do mérito. Vale lembrar que estamos tratando de uma liminar não concedida. Por isto, sigo confiante na vitória final.

Não há prazo para que a sentença sobre a Ação Civil Pública seja proferida.

يبدو أن مدافع الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي برشلونة السابق، جيرارد بيكيه، سيعود من الاعتزال بعد شهرين تقريبًا على قراره في شهر نوفمبر الماضي.

وأعلن بيكيه في 3 نوفمبر 2022 الاعتزال النهائي وعدم استكمال الموسم مع برشلونة بسبب عدم مشاركته المستمرة مع الفريق تحت قيادة المدرب، تشافي هيرنانديز.

بحسب شبكة “Relevo” الإسبانية أن بيكيه سيعود مرة أخرى إلى المستطيل الأخضر من أجل اللعب لصالح فريقه الذي يملكه في الدرجة الثانية أندورا.

ولكن المشكلة تكمن في أن هناك لوائح صارمة من رابطة الأندية الإسبانية متعلقة في البداية بالراتب الذي سيحصل عليها اللاعب، لأن بيكيه كان يحصل على 20 مليون يورو في الموسم الماضي أو أكثر.

يجب أن يمر راتب بيكيه في أندورا على لجنة التقييم في رابطة الدوري الإسباني، من أجل الموافقة على أن النادي الكتالوني سيدفع الحد الأدنى لراتب بيكيه، وفي الغالب تقبل هذه اللجنة الراتب الجديد لأي لاعب بعد التخفيض إذا كان نصف ما كان يحصل عليه بالفعل وهو ربما إلى 10 إلى 15 مليون يورو وهو ما يصعب على أندورا دفعه.

يملك نادي أندورا سقف رواتب بالفعل حيث يبلغ 6.5 مليون يورو لهذا العام لدفع رواتب لاعبيه، وبالتالي، ما يستطيع النادي دفعه لبيكيه هو 2 أو 3 ملايين يورو فقط.

O Vila Nova recebeu a Ponte Preta, neste domingo, no Serra Dourada, pela 5ª rodada da Série B. Apesar das ofensivas de ambos os times e das oportunidades criadas, principalmente no primeiro tempo, o jogo permaneceu empatado em 0 a 0.

Vila Nova no primeiro tempo

O primeiro tempo começou com boa movimentação e trocas de passe pelo lado do Vila Nova. A primeira grande chance da partida foi do Vila. Após boa jogada de Gastón Filgueira, o meia Elias cabeceou para o chão e obrigou o goleiro Ivan fazer uma grande defesa.

A Ponte Preta tentava melhorar as suas ofensivas, mas tinha dificuldade de concluir as jogadas de ataque. Sem muita criatividade, o volante André Castro recebeu cartão amarelo após falta em Alam Mineiro. O próprio Alan Mineiro fez a cobrança e a bola explodiu no travessão. Lance muito perigoso que quase resultou no gol do Vila.

A Macaca tentava equilibrar o jogo e teve a sua melhor chance na partida apenas no final do primeiro tempo. Fellipe Cardoso aproveitou que o VIla Nova saiu jogando errado e chutou forte. A bola passou perto da meta de Mateus Pasinato.

Aos 44 minutos, ainda deu tempo para o Vila Nova criar mais uma oportunidade de gol. Em jogada ensaiada, Alan Mineiro invadiu a grande area, de frente para o gol, mas chutou fraco, facilitando a defesa.

Jogo equilibra na segunda etapa

No segundo tempo, a Ponte tentou igualar as forças na partida e passou a pressionar o Vila Nova, na busca de responder a falta de ofensividade vista no primeiro tempo. Logo no início, Felippe Cardoso arriscou de fora da área, um chute forte que obrigou o goleiro a fazer grande defesa, espalmando para fora.

Enquanto a Macaca tentava abrir o placar, o Vila Nova não conseguia ter o mesmo desempenho e criar chances como tinha feito na etapa anterior. O Vila tentava refrescar o time com nomes vindo do banco. O atacante Ramon entrou no lugar de Elias e Joãozinho, outro atacante, entrou no lugar de Mateus Anderson. Logo após as substituições, o Vila criou uma boa chance.

A Ponte tinha dificuldades de fazer a ligação da defesa com o meio, e, novamente, na saída de bola errada, Geovane recuperou para o Vila e chutou forte de fora da área, assustando a mete da Macaca.

O jogo ficou mais franco conforme chegou ao final, ambos os times se aventuravam no ataque para tentar tirar o zero do placar. A Ponte teve boa chance aos 35 minutos, após lançamento perigoso de Júnior Santos, a zaga do Vila teve dificuldades de afastar a bola da grande área. Apesar das tentativas, o jogo permaneceu empatado.

Na próxima rodada, Vila Nova e Ponte Preta entram em campo no sábado (19/05), às 16h30. A Ponte recebe o Atlético Goianiense, enquanto o Vila viaja para São Paulo para enfrentar o Oeste.

واستمر: “لا يتعلق الأمر بالألقاب فقط، إنه عدد الأشياء التي كانت رائعة حول طريقة عملنا، والطريقة التي نلعب بها، في المباريات، والجودة العالية بعد سنوات عديدة، لقد قلت مرات عديدة إن النجاح يعود للاعبين”.
