O Corinthians, para se classificar, precisa ganhar por pelo menos dois gols de vantagem. Assim como na ida, o clássico terá torcida única, desta vez do Alviverde, e a entrada será gratuita.

Dois dias depois do próximo confronto no sub-20, os rivais farão outro Dérbi, este pelo profissional. Em 5 de novembro, domingo, Corinthians e Palmeiras vão jogar pela 32ª rodada do Brasileiro, em Itaquera. No momento, o Timão lidera com seis pontos de vantagem para o Verdão, o segundo colocado.

أكد أكرم توفيق، لاعب النادي الأهلي، أن لاعبي القلعة الحمراء عازمين ولديهم إصرار كبير لاستعادة لقبي الدوري المحلي وأبطال إفريقيا، وأنهم سيقاتلون في الملعب من أجل تحقيق ذلك.

وأضاف: “اللاعبون لن يبخلوا بنقطة عرق واحدة لتحقيق تطلعات الجماهير ورسم الابتسامة على وجوههم، والفوز بكافة البطولات في الفترة المقبلة”.

وكان أكرم توفيق عاد للمشاركة للمرة الأولى مع الأهلي اليوم في مباراة بتروجيت الودية، وذلك منذ إصابته بالرباط الصليبي في يناير الماضي مع منتخب مصر في أمم إفريقيا.

وقال توفيق خلال تصريحات عبر الموقع الرسمي للنادي الأهلي: “التجارب الودية للفريق خلال فترة الإعداد للموسم الجديد فرصة ذهبية بالنسبة له لاختبار عودته إلى ‏الملاعب بعد فترة طويلة من الغياب عن المشاركة؛ بسبب الإصابة”.

وأوضح أنه شارك في التدريبات الجماعية قبل نهاية الموسم الماضي وكان المدير الفني ‏السابق البرتغالي ريكاردو سواريش يرغب في مشاركته خلال آخر ثلاث مباريات في بطولة الدوري الممتاز، ولكني طلب منه تأجيل عودته لحين خوض مباريات ودية والمشاركة بشكل تدريجي.

وواصل: “غياب نصف القوام الأساسي لأي فريق يكون مؤثرا في المباريات الرسمية، وهذا ‏أمر طبيعي، وأي لاعب يشارك في الأهلي دائمًا ما يكون على قدر الثقة ‏والمسؤولية”.

وتطرق توفيق للحديث عن مارسيل كولر، المدير الفني الجديد للفريق وعلاقته باللاعبين، وقال: “كولر يتحدث بشكل جماعي مع اللاعبين، وهناك علاقة احترام تربطه بالجميع، وعندما يجمعني حديث معه بشكل ‏شخصي يكون للاطمئنان على حالتي، لاسيما أنه يعلم أنني عائد من الإصابة وغبت عن المشاركة في المباريات الرسمية منذ فترة طويلة”.

واستطرد: “كولر مدرب بشوش يقابل الجميع بابتسامة، ولكن في عمله كما يقولون ميري من حيث الجدية والالتزام، وأتمنى أن يكون الفريق ‏والجهاز على قدر ثقة الجماهير وكل محبي ومنتسبي النادي خلال الموسم الجديد، ونعود إلى منصات التتويج بالألقاب”.

وأكمل: “الموسم المقبل سوف يشهد تغييرا في شكل الأهلي بعد حصول اللاعبين على فترة راحة كانوا في أشد الاحتياج إليها؛ نتيجة ‏ضغط المباريات المتواصل منذ ثلاثة أعوام، هذا إلى جانب دور الصفقات الجديدة مع الفريق وانصهارهم وتألقهم السريع داخل النادي في الفترة المقبلة”.

وتحدث لاعب الأهلي عن الصفقات الجديدة، مشددًا على أنهم سوف يلقون كل الدعم، وأن أي لاعب يرتدي قميص الأهلي يكون على قدر المسئولية ‏وتمنى لهم التوفيق مع الفريق.

وعن المنافسة في مركز الظهير الأيمن، أتم: “هناك من يقارن بين اللاعبين في المراكز، ولكن بشكل مبدئي المنافسة دائما ما تكون شريفة في كل المراكز، وهو ما يصب في مصلحة الفريق بشكل عام، وأي لاعب ‏يشارك لا يبخل علي النادي وجماهيره بنقطة عرق واحدة، وأنا على المستوى الشخصي أتمنى العودة السريعة لمستواي الذي ظهرت به قبل الإصابة”.

تعرض تيوفيلو جوتيريز مهاجم ديبورتيفو كالي للكمات في وجهه وركلته الجماهير أثناء ركضه للهروب منهم والاتجاه إلى غرف خلع الملابس.

وأصيب مدير النادي، ماير كانديلو، في كتفه، أثناء هجمات الجماهير عليهم.

نادي ديبورتيفو كالي أصدر بيانًا اليوم الخميس يطلب من السلطات الكولومبية المحلية، التدخل لمنع وقوع حادث مماثل مرة أخرى في المستقبل، مع الرفض التام لعملية التأمين التي أدت إلى مضايقات وعنف للفريق خلال مواجهة كورتولوا.

O Ministério Público de São Paulo solicitou a abertura de inquérito para investigar a revenda ilegal de ingressos para jogos do Palmeiras. Mustafá Contursi, ex-presidente e atual conselheiro do clube, e Leila Pereira, dona da Crefisa e também conselheira, estão na lista de pessoas que serão ouvidas.

A história foi divulgada inicialmente pela ESPN. Leila Pereira repassava ingressos que recebia do Palmeiras para Mustafá Contursi. O ex-presidente, então, encaminhava as entradas para uma mulher chamada Eliane. Seria ela a responsável por levar os ingressos para um membro de torcida organizada, que fazia a revenda.

O caso veio à tona quando Eliane parou de receber ingressos. Ela teria recorrido a Paulo Serdan, ex-presidente da Mancha Alviverde, dizendo que estava sendo ameaçada. Serdan, que é conselheiro do Palmeiras, levou a história a Seraphim Del Grande, presidente do Conselho Deliberativo do clube.

– Essa história chegou até mim pela imprensa, mas tínhamos algumas informações preliminares. Solicitamos a instauração de inquérito para apurar os fatos. Já há uma lista de pessoas que serão ouvidas: o presidente do Conselho do Palmeiras (Seraphim Del Grande), o Paulo Serdan, o Mustafá, a Leila Pereira e mais essa mulher chamada Eliane. Podemos ouvir mais gente se o delegado Sérgio, que está com o caso, achar necessário – explicou o promotor Paulo Castilho, ao LANCE!.

O Conselho Deliberativo do Palmeiras também promete investigar o caso internamente. Leila Pereira e Mustafá Contursi têm dito que não sabiam qual era o destino final dos ingressos repassados.

With the January transfer window on the horizon, it seems as though Leeds United are in the mix to sign another young prospect that could well become a future star at the Yorkshire club.

What’s the news?

According to a recent report from the Daily Mail, Leeds are one of the clubs keeping an eye on Arsenal U18 striker Khayon Edwards amid concerns over his future at the north London club.

The report also claims that fellow Premier League clubs Chelsea, Southampton, Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion are interested in Edwards as well as a number of clubs in Germany, showing how much of an exciting prospect he is to have so many clubs circling him.

As a product of Arsenal’s youth academy, Edwards has scored 16 goals and provided eight assists in 35 appearances for their U18 side, as well as making two appearances for the north London club’s U23s, which just goes to show how much the club rates him by giving him the chance to show what he can do with the U23s.

So far this season, Edwards has managed to score nine goals and provide five assists in 12 outings across the U18 Premier League and EFL Trophy, not only highlighting his attacking talents but why the north London club would presumably be reluctant to let him leave, especially to another Premier League club. In total for the U18s, he’s racked up as many as 16 strikes in his career to date.

With that in mind, it’s clear to see why young Spurs forward, Dane Scarlett, called him “sharp.”

This swoop could see Victor Orta replicate the same sort of transfer masterclass that he delivered by signing young striker Joe Gelhardt from Wigan Athletic back in August last year.

Also incredibly young, he has gone from strength to strength since arriving at Elland Road, scoring 18 times in 27 games for Leeds’ U23 side and netting his first senior goal for Bielsa’s side in their recent 3-2 defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Moving forward, if Leeds do manage to sign Edwards, they will undoubtedly be hoping that he can be their next version of Gelhardt by starting off in the academy and then progressing to the senior side if he impresses.

Mohammad Asif’s return to the venue of his international debut turned out to be a little more memorable than the Test five years ago. He didn’t take a wicket then and was hit around by Adam Gilchrist, a performance that saw him dropped from the side for the next year.But on a greener pitch, under overcast skies and on a rain-curtailed opening day, Asif ran through Australia’s middle and lower order, picking up a career-best 6 for 41 as the home side crashed to 127 all out. Five years, he said, had seen him a changed bowler.”We were already down 2-0 by then, and we had a few injuries at the time as well,” Asif said. “I didn’t really do anything much at the time and I got dropped after that. But I have got another chance now.”There is a difference in confidence obviously since then. I was a newcomer then and now I’m here as a main bowler, and that is a big difference. Also, in five years I have just changed a lot, matured a bit, learnt quite a lot. There have been quite a few technical changes over that time.”Asif’s methods were simple and similar to what he had done on a similarly grassy surface in Karachi against India in 2006, his breakthrough performance. Michael Hussey, one of his victims, compared his mode of attack to Glenn McGrath. “I just tried to bowl on the right areas and tried to swing the ball,” said Asif. “Today was perfect. The conditions were very helpful for bowlers.”Pakistan had been asked to bowl first after Mohammad Yousuf lost his second successive toss and though Ricky Ponting’s decision surprised a few, given the conditions, Asif said Pakistan had expected as much. “We were not surprised actually. We saw in the last two Tests that they decided to bat first and knew that Ponting likes to bat first on winning the toss.”Asif said his first wicket – knocking the top of Michael Clarke’s middle stump – was the pick of his victims. “That was I think the ball of the day today.
